Review of Tofu Japchae at BCD Tofu House by oliviazheng

I'm a big fan of glass noodles so I was looking forward to this dish, but it was a little underwhelming. The noodles were soft and tasted great, but there wasn't a lot of variety in veggies with so much (not-fully-cooked) onion. I loved the crispy outside and soft inside of the tofu pieces, but there were very few of them.
