Review of Cheesecake at Nirvana Ristorante Firenze by cate111

One of the best vegan cheesecake of my life. The texture is pudding like (but more consistent) and the taste of it reminded me of cream. Even if ite is made out of tofu you won’t notice, no aftertaste is present). The crunchy biscuit part is absolutely perfect.
Really recommended.
