Review of smash brown potatoes at Ghostlight Coffee (Midtown) by lizmaselli

These smashed potatoes were a great side dish. These fingerling #potatoes are well seasoned, then cooked until crispy, smashed and topped with Ghostlight's #vegan housemade chive #aioli sauce. These had a ton of flavor, and I'm obsessed with this vegan aioli. I had it on a sandwich as well. It is delicious and the fresh chive flavor is fantastic. The potatoes were also perfectly crispy and salted on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. This side was a great value at $4.95. We will order these again.
