Review of truffle gyoza at NightShade YVR by katrinachew

The filling is mushroom and water chestnut, but it’s the rayu sauce that gives the dumpling a nice spicy kick similar to mala. Dumpling skin was thick and soft to chew. Tasty and refreshing.
