Plant protein product. Grilled tomato is the flavour. This is like a crumble texture. Great in various dishes such as tortillas, stuffed baguettes, sandwiches, chilis, pizza etc. Quite high in protein, made of pea protein, fava bean protein and oats as the protein sources. I like the taste and texture, this is quite expensive though so I don't buy it that often.
