Review of Chilaquiles at Vegan Restaurant Tierra by nictecita

I went to this restaurant Tierra because of a friend’s recommendation, the place is incredible, beautiful inside of an eco and holistic place/hotel but I was disappointed in the restaurant, firstly they say they’re vegan but they only have a few vegan options, I order the chilaquiles and they’re not the best plus the service took too long, even for just getting the menu. I don’t know if it was bad luck but I would not come back having many other amazing options at tulum
