Review of Pizza pomodoro, salsiccia vegan, mozzarisella, funghi at Rossopomodoro Genova Porto Antico by clxolao

🇮🇹Gli ingredienti specifici di questa pizza li vedete nella seconda foto, io personalmente ho anche aggiunto i friarielli.
Il sapore è fantastico e la sfoglia è sottilissima al centro, come piace a me. I bordi invece sono alti e morbidi: cosa che non mi fa impazzire, preferisco le pizze sottili. Una pizza (a me personalmente) sazia a volontà, ma secondo me circa €15 per una sola pizza (escluse bevande si intende) è tanto.
Tuttavia non andando spesso in questo ristorante è accettabile per una buona pizza vegan di qualità con tanti ingredienti, al posto della solita marinara.
Un altro punto in più viene dato dalla possibilità di avere le basi pizza senza glutine e a detta di mio padre (intollerante) la loro è una delle migliori.
Consiglio di provarla.

The flavor is fantastic and the pastry is very thin in the center, which is how I like it. The edges, on the other hand, are high and soft: thing that I don't really like, I love thin pizzas. A pizza (for me personally) fills me enough to not be hungry after, but in my opinion around €15 for a single pizza (excluding drinks of course) is a lot.
However not going to this restaurant often is acceptable for a good quality vegan pizza with lots of ingredients, instead of the usual marinara.
Another plus point is given by the possibility of having gluten-free pizza bases and according to my father (intolerant) theirs is one of the best. I recommend trying it.
