Vegan Bobotie Pies

VEGAN

Ou meul bakery

I botched the baking of this pie but man was it forgiving...

I popped it in the air fryer and brushed with a bit of butter. The pastry could've done with a better golden brown but that's on me.

This pie is insanely good!
The pastry is perfect (imagine it better baked lol) and the filling, oh my, oh my... absolutely delicious 💚
