I’ll start by saying I don’t know much about this fruit as it’s the 1st time eating one fresh.
Telling by how it looks from inside and out, I believe this particular one was over ripe..?
The fruit itself very flavorful and #naturallysweet with a little tanginess to it..
I hope one day I can try one from a country that grows them and experience a fresh one!
I’m a caco nib lover and you probably know this from my smoothie bowls 😉!!
We cleaned each cacao bean 🫘 then I airfryed them, let them cool and chopped them fine with a knife! Added to a jar and viola! Homemade cacao nibs!! They taste 💯 times better than the pre packaged ones! So good!
I didn’t feel it was enough to make chocolate 🍫 but maybe next time.
This was ridiculously expensive at $13.02 😖from Fresh Farm International Market
Really glad we tried it though!
