Review of Gluten Free Flapjack premix - Woolworths Food by catherinews

This didn’t turn out so great, and we’re not exactly sure why. It was dense and rather flavourless. We used Orgran egg replacement and unsweetened soya milk, which may have affected the final product, but I rather wish Woolworths had added vegan alternatives for milk and eggs since the product itself is vegan. Maybe it’s because they’re gluten free that they turned out quite dense. I don’t know. Anyway, I was happy we tried them but I won’t get this again.
