Review of Wow brow - e.l.f. Cosmetics by regimack

Is it just me, or does this product do nothing? It's dry/flaky, doesn't add tint or hold my eyebrow hairs in place. Did I get a bad batch, or is this just a bad product? Waste of money 😞
