Appreciable product solely due to the protein content they're offering. You can get a good percentage of your protein RDI however it had high amounts of sodium and fats as well. But if you ask me it is better than most of the other chips out there in the market.

In terms of taste, I liked it. The spice/flavour powder was a little high but maybe because of the choice I went to - Smoky Barbeque.

And coming to texture, it was relatively a little hard, when speaking of puffs, probably due to its higher protein and lower carbs.

Overall i would prefer this once every week or two.
