Review of Obstplunder - Steinecke by shuggerlee

This fruit pastry is a Veganuary special at a bakery chain (and therefore widely available!). Unfortunately, the berries weren’t in season. It tasted quite well, the dough was just a little thick so the parts without the custard or berries was a little dry. However, there’s quite a lot of custard and a cherry filling underneath. All in all a very rich pastry.
