Natto is definitely an acquired taste — my brother and my mom didn’t like it but I love natto! To me it’s flavourful and with a little soy sauce it tastes even better haha.

Also, it’s pretty filling and has a pretty high protein content. It also has lot of micronutrients from the fermentation of the beans.
