Let’s plant meat

Interesting but perhaps not a very successful attempt to imitate the katsu skin and meat. I think this was just alright, not because i'm after a realistic meaty taste but rather than this wasn't that savoury on its own compared to the other katsus i have tried. That said, this wasn't too oily/salty which is good.
