I was afraid if it was too similar to meat, I delayed till now.
The texture is really alike but since it didn't have the disgusting smell of animal meat I was able to eat and enjoy.. It s really fulfilling and caloric so 1 piece is really enough. I wouldn't buy it regularly since it s really processed and has antiecologic packaging. But it s a good choice for people who has soy or gluten allergy and want to enjoy a burger.
I found in Monoprix in Poitier, around 5 € the package. It is 226 gr and contains 2 burger.
19 gr protein for each burger.
Ingredients: water, pea(%16) and rice protein, oils(colza, coco), aroma, stabilizater, potato starch, apple and pomegranad extract, coloring(beetroot), maltodextrin, salt, potassium salt, lemon juice, corn vinegar, carot powder, emulsifier.
