Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with fermentation of cabbage and other seasonings. In this Seoul restaurant, it was served as the side dish and it was just delicious.
This was vegan as confirmed by the staff.
It's always better to confirm before ordering this dish as it may contain fish sauce, however in India if you find it in vegetarian version it will be vegan mostly.
Since it is a fermented dish, it is packed with nutrients.
