I used half a jar to make 4 servings of pasta and it was already crazily #spicy; the instructions say to use a full jar? 🤯 This #rendang #paste isn't creamy by itself, so when they say to use coconut milk, just use coconut milk. Don't try to be a smart ass like I was and attempt to make it work with soy milk instead 😭 I'm still going to have to deal with the remaining three servings of this ☹️

Mekhala Oh dear, so sorry to hear about your experience! 2 teaspoons paste to 1 cup of liquid usually works well with a smaller amount of ingredients. Perhaps you could temper the heat with some coconut milk in your pasta and/or add more ingredients? Do let us know how your next attempt goes. 🙈Reply
