Review of Italian Seitan - Upton's Naturals by ninetypercent
This was great! Easy to cook with and took my dish to another level. I usually make this pasta and zucchini dish with tofurky Italian sausage, but my store didn't have any today, so I grabbed this seitan with the proper flavor profile. Even the omnivores I cook for enjoyed this. These crumbles might become a regular staple in my kitchen.

ninetypercent I use chorizo seitan in my tofu scrambles all the time. This was my first time using the Italian, and the first time using it to feed my omnivores. It was seriously great. I hope you enjoy it 1 likeReply
