Review of Pho Kwe Tiao Soup at Warung Ijo by xinru-t

Vietnamese-inspired pho with kwe tiao noodles, beansprouts, and seitan 'meat'. Nice soupy dish that was mild but still sufficiently flavourful. Texture of the noodles remained good even after some time. Personally would have liked a bit of other ingredients like mushrooms, bokchoy, or tofu for better variety and nutrition! Vegan by default.
