Review of Weichweizen Grieß - Diamant by bluesoul
Delicious and versatile soft #semolina which can be used for making #desserts like semolina pudding as well as hearty dishes, I for example use it to make knödel (boiled dumplings). The packaging has a pretty photo on the front but the design is otherwise rather unspectacular. The package is #recyclable. Bought at Rewe supermarket, Germany. Price 1,29 €.
