현미불구이쌈밥. Sweet soy sauce vegan meat stir-fried with king oyster mushrooms, carrot, and onions. Served with fresh vegetables like lettuce and perilla leaves for making ssambap wrap. Really impressed by the toothsome and well-seasoned meat that didn't taste like the usual mock meat and was very convincing! Juicy and meaty, perfectly balanced with the veggies. Served with rice and side dishes (e.g. odeng fishcake, soy beef with mushrooms, radish kimchi, spicy leaves, creamy apple and pear). (Contains alliums. 13,000 won)
