Review of canadian white bread flour - Waitrose by turtleisland

One of my cold storage clearance rack finds 😍😍😍 thankfully the flour is still good despite using it past expiry date 💃 The high gluten content makes for the CHEWIEST sourdough I’ve baked, pity that the regular price is quite expensive since it’s imported.
