You don’t usually go to “traditional British” pubs to enjoy a high quality vegan feast. I had zero expectations but simply wanted to enjoy a nice evening out with friends. This dish had nothing much to do with Mexican style tacos. These tortillas were filled with roasted mushrooms and peppers with some salsa and a lot of mayonnaise. They however did the job and I inhaled them as I was starving. I loved the portion too! There was four of them with a decent size bowl of chips... #jersey #jerseyvegan #channelislandsvegan #vegantacos
