Review of Dairy-free shredded parmesan cheese alternative - Trader Joe's by veganforthepigs

Tried this for the first time and I really liked it. We used this on garlic bread and also pizza—sometimes I like a Parmesan alternative to mozzarella on pizza—and it stacked up favorably to my other two favorites—Follow Your Heart and Violife. Bonus—it is less expensive than the other two. I will definitely buy this again.
