Review of Split Peas - Bob's Red Mill by linderlu

I trust Bob’s Red Mill brands for all of their products to be consistently of high quality. Their split peas are no exception. Love split pea soup with lots of chopped veggies, seasonings, and veggie broth. It’s easier and faster than other legumes because they cook pretty quickly without pre-soaking. Have also prepared them in a curry sauce and served over rice, which was good.
