I’m glad that there are so many dairy-free vegan friendly options of probiotics available at Whole Foods (and am even more grateful for my 20% employee discount since they’re not cheap). Trying this kind now since I’m on antibiotics and I’m trying to diminish the effect that they have on my microbiome.

veganmika Exactly! 💪🏼💥 thanks for asking. It still doesn’t look very good, but it’s a lot less painful so I think we’re moving in the right direction now. Still a couple more days of compresses and antibiotics and then I’m supposed to be finished. 1 likeReply
