Review of everlasting lip liner outlaw - KVD Beauty by regimack

Needed a *truly* vegan dupe for MAC's famed Ruby Woo. Tried to gently apply but still broke the tip off immediately! Why?? Paired with the liquid lipstick in the same color, there was no bleeding/feathering and no crusting! Apply carefully, as any lines drawn outside of where you meant them to be will be a bit tough to remove as this stuff STAYS PUT!
