Review of Tapioca Flour - Bob's Red Mill by raffymabanag
I used this as a thickener when I made my vegan mozzarella cheese. I used the recipe from Noracooks: 0.5 cups soaked raw cashews, 1 and 1/3 cups water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 0.5 tsp salt, 4 tbsp tapioca starch. I blend it all together then heat it up using a stovetop until it produces a thick consistency. 😋 #tapioca #veganpantry #veganin2022
