Nope. These did not turn out well. It might have been user error because the banana I used was huge, but I suspect it wouldn't have made a difference because the main ingredient is... tapioca flour... what. They had an odd rubbery slimy texture, neither of which you would like in pancakes. Suggest passing on these.
