This was such a good idea! I always dread pressing tofu because I don’t have an actually pressing thingy, I just use a cutting board and some jars 🥲🥲🥲 BUT THISISISISIS! WHAT A GREAT IDEA OMG. It was so quick and easy to cook, and it tasted just the same as any other tofu. I used it to make some stir fry 😁
