Really gorgeous complex rich flavour - I really like to order something at a restaurant that I couldn’t intuitively make for myself at home, and this definitely fit the bill. I couldn’t even figure out some of the ingredients and seasoning in it but it was indulgent and rich and satisfying 🍲
