Review of Potato Fried Onion Perogies - Fresh Thyme Market by daisy20
These are great! I love dumplings of all kinds, and it’s amazing in how many different cuisines they show up. The filling of these little perogies is more potato-y than onion-y in my opinion, and that makes them quite filling. They’re delicious with apple sauce.
Note: It’s really important to prepare them in a non-stick pan. I didn’t pay attention to that and ended up with some euh… more artistic looking perogies. Taste was still great, though.
