Review of Organic fillo Dough - The Fillo Factory by daisy20

I made two different dishes with this fillo dough last night and they both turned out delicious. This roll contains a generous number of fillo sheets; definitely enough for multiple meals. As always with fillo, though, handle with care! A little olive oil or water help the sheets stick together when you’re making little pastries, but they still tear very easily. I just need more practice handling this without wasting any sheets. Other than that, i love how light, tasty and crispy fillo dough is!
