Review of Sweet Potato And Red Onion Tart With Seasonal Vegetables at Notcutts Garden Pride by vegpledge

I wasn’t expecting this meal at the garden centre to be anything special (it’s the only vegan meal available on their #festive menu) but wow this may be the best #tart I’ve ever had! The pastry was flaky and had its own pleasant flavour, and the filling was piping hot and consisted of sweet potato, soft chestnuts, red onion and pumpkin seeds. The vegetable side was also delicious - even the parsnips, which I’m usually not keen on. It came with a jug of tomato sauce which went really well and was a nice touch.
