Review of Plant chef mushroom fettuccine pasta - Tesco by katelouisepowell

This was a modest portion for dinner time (I jazzed it up with a whole packet of Tesco’s mock chicken pieces and fresh parsley and I still found it wasn’t super duper filling) but the dish itself was impressive for a microwave meal! The sauce was decent and the pasta was still a tiny bit al dente which I appreciated. One of the nicer vegan microwave meals I’ve tried, and it would probably be a good size for a lunchtime meal #day74 #veganisnotscary #1reviewaday
