This VLT sandwich is prepared with tofu, veg mayonnaise, lattuce and tomatoes. The tofu is marinated (?) and it tastes so good, it gives the umami flavour that sometimes is missing in some vegan dishes. Also the side salad is great, dressed with s vegan pesto 💚
