Filipino food is sooo flavorful! I discovered "The Lumpia Queen" food truck at the Dayton Vegan Food & Drink Festival. I had her aHHmazing Lumpia!!! Packed in each roll was cabbage, carrots, onions, scallions, and rice noodles. It was a satisfying crunch with every single bite! 🥰
