Review of Massaman curry paste - Woolworths Food by taz

I’m a sucker for Woolies curry pastes! This one was clearly marked ‘vegan’ and I’d never tried it before, so of course I had to buy it 😎

I roughly copied the recipe suggestion on the back of the packet, replacing the animal “ingredient” with chickpeas. I also added diced aubergine 🍆 diced potato 🥔 and peas 💚 the recipe also called for adding a tablespoon of peanut butter, which I would never have thought of doing but it was pretty awesome! A really flavourful curry, and not too spicy 👌
