I am ashamed to admit I had NEVER tasted the Nanuki Boom Bars before.
Nadia from Nanuki sent me a generous hamper of their goodies to try, and I realised what had been missing my whole (vegan) life:

I cannot even begin to put into words how exceptional these are!
AND: They are preservative, refined sugar, soy, gluten AND nut-free. I can’t even cope.
The description of the Caramel Quake: “Date caramel layered between an exciting crunchy biscuit based dipped in rich dark chocolate.”
