Review of Aburi Zalmon at Saute Sushi by hermainesay

No no no. I really disliked this.. The texture is definitely there, but there was no torched taste, the sauce and zalmon itself were both pretty tasteless to me. Was excited for the charred taste but this was a complete letdown.
