Review of Organic Sprouted Tofu Extra Firm - Trader Joe's by aqualing

It’s fun and convenient to eat out but still, nothing beats a homemade meal😋, esp the #quickandeasy type.
I used this #tofu to make some “bolognese”🍝 The resulted texture was much softer than my go-to, tempeh, but still yummy.
Hate the packaging though, the only reason I don’t usually get it if not for banking a review. I just don’t get the utility of this “twin pack” thing😕. Do you really have to be so cruel to separate the two halves with this unbreakable/unbreakdown-able wall so they’ll sit lonely on the shelf by themselves while ensuring one more piece of plastic to the world?!💔🗑

2. I can manage to store the unused part away. You know, like how I do with alllll the other tofu products😒
