in the very long list of pizzas, as often happens, only the usual marinara is vegan. Fortunately, among the side dishes I see friarielli. At that point, armed with inventiveness, I ask for a smooth focaccia with friarielli. Good idea, also because the dough is very good, as are friarielli sautéed in the pan. They should put it on the menus.
