Review of Plant Mince - Vivera by sopheen
I made my first lasagne and it was delicious!!! Been thinking about it since @flouredfingers posted hers 😁
I used veggies as well as the mince, which was in such small pieces and covered in sauce I'm not sure I can properly review it 😂 but it was definitely perfect in this dish and tasted very good! I used a combo of Bosh's recipe and Avant garde vegan's recipe as well as adding a couple of my own things. #lasagne #mince

sopheen Well I made a bechamel sauce so it was just olive oil, flour and soy milk! Then I added some nutritional yeast, onion, vegan butter and only a small amount of vegan cheese! Then in the oven it just went perfectly grilled for 45 mins 😍1 likeReply
