Review of Melatonin Pura - ESI by vegatta

ESI Saving pack containing 120 Melatonin pills for a good price. I've started using this product months ago because of continuous nervous breakdowns, muscle pain and insomnia due to stress, depression and anxiety and I must say that it saved me from several sleepless nights!
It works quite quickly, one pill of 1mg taken at least a hour before going to sleep, and has no relevant side effects.
I've found myself sleeping like a baby after a little while, despite the pain, exactly like when I feel exhausted from a hard work/out day.
In cases of severe anxiety/insomnia episodes that might reduce its effects, my doctor said I can take 2 mg per night as a daily supplement to improve the quality of sleep. I tried that posology a few times and it worked enough so I guess I'm going to give it another try soon....
