a weird one. doesn’t taste like egg at all. not sure if i was supposed to add any seasoning, i just pan fried 4-5 mins each side. texture doesn’t resemble an egg either. it’s much closer to a slice of firm tofu. it doesn’t taste bad, just not like an egg. will try it in a sandwich next. i didn’t buy this so don’t know the cost but if it’s more than $1-2 per egg then it isn’t worth it. #veganuary
