Review of Sunshine Breakfast at Duncan Garage Cafe & Bakery by goodkarmavegan
This is the vegan version of their Sunshine Breakfast. A tofu scramble with veggies, potatoes and a rainbow salad. Everything was delicious with great flavor. I personally prefer a medium tofu for scramble, but this was still very good. Can be served with brown rice instead of potatoes.
