These are my go-to noodles for making ramen. They are nice and light, and have a higher quality taste and texture than a lot of the super cheap alternatives, which I also use from time to time. They’re a great option for lunch, as gluten sometimes makes me sleepy, and these give me more assurance that I won’t be needing a nap right after. #veganin2020 #ramen
