Review of Glycolic Acid Toner - The Inkey List by tena

I noticed my skin "glowing" a little bit after a couple of weeks. Since my skin is very damaged, full of acne scars and overall very ungrateful, I am sure it would have an even better effect on people with nicer skin :)
