Review of Organic Hemp Hearts - MOCU by bananarosie
Should these be classified as a food or a health supplement? I went with the former since there’s an ingredients list and nutrition facts, it these are also great for the body (and taste much better than taking a pill!) I added mine here simply to some banana, chia seeds, and almond milk (like early stage chia seed pudding, or oatmeal without the oats.) The hemp hearts add a nutty taste, some texture, and lots of omega 3s, protein, and minerals.
